OUR MISSION and vision STATEMENT
We strive to be the best Football Coaching Academy and Scouting Agency in New Zealand. We scout young players with very high potential, develop them and find opportunities for them to turn professional. It is critical to develop a player; emotionally, physically, and mentally in order to maximize his potential as a person and a player. From the beginning, we teach players the fundamentals skills on and off the field so they can develop into excellent players.
In our program, we provide all our players with the best; equipment, environment, technology, teaching and training methods. We endeavour that with our exceptional coaching and resources, our young students grow into the best players they can be and a better person.
TEAMWORK
Whether it is in a game or not, every team must strive to bring out the best in everyone. No one should be left behind, no matter what happens. We focus and train each one equally to bring out the best in each of them.
LOYALTY
As it is said, Loyalty is a cohesive force that forges individuals into a team. We, coach and student, work as a team and are loyal to their dreams. We make sure our strategies align to help achieve their goals.
HARDWORK
While we expect student-athletes to push themselves and work hard in training so they are more likely to do so out of the game, we also give our 100% in providing all the resources and coaching to bring out the best.
